Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy

Processing Time– Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates– We currently offer standard and expedited shipping through USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

Restricted Locations– Due to state and local regulations, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to know if their state or country allows the possession or ownership of sharp or pointy weapons. Therefore, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they can legally receive these self-defense products.

Lost or Stolen Packages– We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier for claims.

Signature Requirement– For safety and compliance, orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Return Policy- Please contact us for any issues with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your case and may offer a replacement if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy- Exchanges are only permitted in the case of a manufacturer defect. To request an exchange: Contact us via the contact form within 10 days of delivery. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect. If approved, you will be provided with instructions to return the defective item for exchange. Exchanges will only be processed for the same item originally purchased.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we determine the item was damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification.
